Although the Packers were favored in this Week 2 matchup before Love was injured last Friday night, that has shifted significantly. Now, with Malik Willis expected to get the start, Green Bay sits as 3-point underdogs at home to the Colts—a drop of about a touchdown from where the line sat previously—and the over-under total has dropped to an impressively low 40.5.
