FRISCO, Texas — Ahead of the season opener against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon, the Dallas Cowboys released their first unofficial depth chart on Tuesday with all 22 starters revealed going into week one.

Among the starters are four rookies, including two on the offensive line: left tackle Tyler Guyton, center Cooper Beebe, linebacker Marist Liufau, and cornerback Caelen Carson will all see the field on the team’s first snaps.

Offensive Starters

  • QB: Dak Prescott
  • RB: Ezekiel Elliott
  • WR: CeeDee Lamb
  • Brandin Cooks
  • Jalen Tolbert
  • TE: Jake Ferguson
  • LT: Tyler Guyton
  • LG: Tyler Smith
  • C: Cooper Beebe
  • RG: Zack Martin
  • RT: Terence Steel

Defensive Starters

  • DE: DeMarcus Lawrence
  • Micah Parsons
  • NT: Mazi Smith
  • DT: Osa Odighizuwa
  • LB: Damone Clark
  • Eric Kendricks
  • Marist Liufau
  • CB: Trevon Diggs
  • Caelen Carson
  • NCB: Jourdan Lewis
  • S: Donovan Wilson
  • Malik Hooker

As expected, the starters on special teams include Brandon Aubrey at kicker, Bryan Anger at punter, and Trent Sieg at long snapper.

Among the highlights in the depth units of each position group, Rico Dowdle will back up Elliott at the running back position while new additions Jordan Phillips and Linval Joseph will support Odighizuwa and Mazi Smith, respectively, in the interior of the defensive line.

In light of the cornerback position lacking depth due to the absence of DaRon Bland for at least the first four weeks, Andrew Booth and C.J. Goodwin are listed as the backups at the outside corner positions with Israel Mukuamu backing up Lewis in the slot.

After a competition for the backup quarterback job did not change any thinking for the coaching staff behind Dak Prescott, Cooper Rush was listed as the second option ahead of Trey Lance.

Remember, this depth chart is unofficial, so changes may occur before Sunday’s opener.
