Key Features of the Collaboration

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Swiggy have embarked on an initiative to promote skill development and offer vibrant employment opportunities within the food delivery sector. The partnership directly benefits 2.4 lakh delivery partners and restaurant staff associated with Swiggy.

Future Plans for Recruitment and Training

Rohit Kapoor, CEO of Swiggy Food Marketplace, confirmed plans to recruit 3,000 individuals across the nation through this initiative, along with providing senior-level training and internships for 200 individuals trained by MSDE.
