ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Brian Tierney, 31, of Lynchburg, Virginia was sentenced on Thursday for conspiring to commit a bank robbery. According to the United States Department of Justice, Tierney was sentenced to four years and nine months in prison. As part of his guilty plea, Tierney admitted to agreeing to and planning an armed robbery at a bank in Johnstown, New York, with two conspirators Luke Kenna and Michael Brown, Jr., between November 14, 2022, and November 27, 2022.
