Conor McGregor is running for President. Fed up with the “charlatans” in charge of his native Ireland, the former UFC two-division champion plans to enter the political arena in 2025 to shake up the establishment — or dissolve it completely — and give the power back to the working class.

“As President I hold the power to summon the Dáil as well as dissolve it,” McGregor wrote on social media. “So as I said before, I would have all the answers the people of Ireland seek from these thieves of the working man, these disrupters of the family unit, these destructors of small businesses, and on and on and on!”

Impact on UFC Career

As of this writing, “Iron” has yet to respond to McGregor’s political aspirations.
