City to Surf Perth 2023 Highlights
A stampede of people hit the ground running for the iconic Chevron City to Surf fun run on Sunday, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for those living with disabilities.
Major Turnout for a Worthy Cause
Marking 50 years since the first event, 24,000 young and old, either ran, walked or rolled, raising nearly $400,000 for Activ by 12pm. Runners finished up with a party atmosphere at the City Beach Oval, featuring live music, food trucks, and hospitality tents.
Celebrating Community Spirit
Activ Chief Executive Officer Clare Amies expressed the celebratory vibe, stating, “Everyone was raring to go, there was lots of fun on the course, a great show of support between fellow participants, and plenty of laughter.”

The Chevron City to Surf for Activ is the biggest fundraiser for Activ Foundation, with all funds raised going directly into improving the lives of West Australians living with disability.
