Sophie Elise Welcomes Baby Helmer

On April 29, influencer Sophie Elise Isachsen (29) and her partner Vegard Jørstad (31), welcomed their first child, baby boy Helmer. After a break from social media, Sophie Elise has resumed sharing updates about her journey into motherhood.

Moving from Trondheim to Oslo

Recently, Sophie announced via Instagram that she is in the process of relocating from Trondheim to Oslo. She cheekily inquired if anyone in Trondheim would be interested in her excess moving boxes: “Packing everything and moving with a baby is challenging; if I can outsource these boxes, I will!” The actress also noted the logistical challenges: “Our car is so small, transporting these boxes takes multiple trips!”

Balancing Motherhood with Help

Sophie has candidly discussed her reliance on a nanny, admitting that while some people react negatively, she values the time it gives her to exercise or enjoy solitude at a café. She asserts that needing assistance does not make her a bad mother. “In order to be the kind of mother I aspire to be, I need a little help,” Sophie admits honestly.

Future Plans: A Consultation Ahead

During the same interview with VG, Sophie Elise shared that she plans to undergo a consultation to possibly remove her butt implants when she visits Los Angeles this fall. She clarifies that her motivation relates to aesthetics over morality, expressing a desire to maintain her figure as she ages: “I don't want my butt to sag to my knees when I turn 40.”

Sophie has previously faced scrutiny over her motherhood choices, including her decision not to breastfeed Helmer, instead opting to pump. She remarked, “I didn’t enjoy breastfeeding; I found myself feeling overwhelmed.”
