At 04:40 today, Equinor's emergency response team was alerted about smoke development in the control room of the Sleipner B platform located in the North Sea. The vessel Scandi Mongstad has been mobilized to the area to assist in monitoring the situation. There is currently no risk to life or health, as the production at Sleipner B has been shut down, and the platform is depressurized.
