Vessel of Hatred’s campaign picks up right after the end of Diablo 4, tasking players with following Neyrelle into the jungle region of Nahantu. This expansion introduces a completely new act that unlocks a host of features for players.

How to Start Vessel of Hatred Without the Original Campaign

If you want to skip the original campaign of Diablo 4, here’s how to set up your character:

• When creating your character, select a “campaign state”.
• Choose to skip the original experience to jump directly into the Vessel of Hatred.

This option is available even for new accounts, enabling you to explore the expansion right away. After completing the Vessel of Hatred campaign, you’ll unlock the ability to skip this new campaign in future characters.
