• The Saints received the ball first and worked a drive that lasted 8:09 of game time before they settled for a 10-yard field goal.
• Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave were the focal points of the drive – Kamara had eight carries for 18 yards and Olave grabbed three catches for 36 yards.
• The Eagles' first drive did not go as planned – the team went 3-and-out with Jalen Hurts being sacked by Alontae Taylor for a loss of eight yards on 3rd-and-11.
• The Eagles' offense got a spark after Hurts found Dallas Goedert downfield for a 43-yard gain to set them up at the Saints 13-yard line.

Second Quarter Highlights

• The big play momentum didn't last long as Hurts was picked off in the end zone by safety Tyrann Mathieu and returned for 23 yards.
• Hurts had his second turnover of the game as he scrambled out of the pockets and was stripped by Carl Granderson for a fumble recovered by the Saints' Willie Gay.
