Pass is facing charges for assaulting a person over 60 years old, which resulted in bodily injury. According to the North Providence police, the victim sustained injuries to his lower back. Following his arraignment, bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance, and Pass is prohibited from contacting the victim.
