On Sunday evening at 19:20, Liège firefighters were alerted to a powerful explosion shaking the Sainte-Véronique area. The explosion occurred at the corner of Rue de Sélis and Rue Fabry, where windows of an apartment shattered completely. Immediately, flames were spotted, escalating the situation.
