Nordlys Lights Up the Night Sky

As of now and until 01:00, the KP-index is set to be on the 6 scale in several areas including Oslo and Romerike. This indicates a great opportunity to see nordlys. Erlend Ledang, a resident of Festund, has already experienced it firsthand. 'This is the first time I've seen nordlys here since moving to Østlandet for a job with Givn,' he stated in an interview with Dagbladet.

Exhilarating Experience

Originally from Namsos in Trøndelag, Ledang described witnessing nordlys in southern Norway as an incredible experience, noting its rarity. 'It's also fun to catch a glimpse of the Big Dipper!' he remarked. Dagbladet has received several stunning images of nordlys taken just before midnight, showcasing the aurora over Oslo.
