RATP's Playful Metro Station Renaming

This Thursday, September 12th, RATP decided to surprise riders by renaming several Metro stations after well-known locations in Los Angeles. Six stations now sport new names: Belleville becomes Beverly Hills, Malesherbes is now Malibu, Saint-Michel changes to Santa Monica, Grand Boulevards is now Hollywood Boulevard, Olympiade is referred to as Olympiades Los Angeles, and L'Haï-les-Roses is Melrose.
