Kali Peracchia, a technology instructional coach, highlighted that while DPS employs these advanced platforms, utmost importance is given to protecting student data privacy and ensuring a secure environment. Programs like Packback further transform education by using artificial intelligence to offer students immediate feedback on their writing, optimizing learning for both teachers and students.

Peracchia emphasized, “There are safe parameters so a student can’t ask any inappropriate questions.” This level of programming ensures that the chatbot's interaction remains appropriate while enhancing the educational experience.
