According to the report by TeamLease EdTech, the top sectors keen on recruiting freshers include:

  • E-commerce and Technology Startups - 61%
  • Engineering and Infrastructure - 59%
  • Retail - 54%

Bangalore is expected to emerge as the hub for job opportunities, recording the highest hiring intent at 74%, followed by Mumbai at 60% and Chennai at 54%.

At the recent Dharavi Job Fair, 1,800 aspiring candidates turned out, with 150 applicants securing on-the-spot job offers, showcasing the growing demand for new talent.
