Customers can conveniently collect their orders from over 800 delivery stations operated by Alibaba's Cainiao Smart Logistics Network across the city. C.K. Chan, the head of Hong Kong and Macau operations at Tmall Taobao World, highlighted that the timing of this promotion is critical, coinciding with the peak sales season during the fourth quarter.
