Bengaluru: The high court recently dismissed a batch of petitions filed by several medical students, seeking the award of 5 grace marks in the course attempted in (MBBS) RS4 Examinations of January 2024. The court observed that it cannot supplant the wisdom of the academic bodies by way of directions that run contrary to the regulations. Justice S Sunil Dutt Yadav also rejected the prayer of the petitioners, i.e., seeking the quashing of the decision.
