Customize Your Fitness Summary

With an iPhone running iOS 18, you can finally customize the Fitness app's summary to display data that matches your fitness journey. Previously, the app showcased workouts predetermined by Apple, but now you can edit this to reflect your unique preferences.

Adding Data to Your Summary

  1. Open the Fitness app on your iPhone and go to the Summary page.
