Bengaluru: In a major step towards improving maternal health in Bengaluru, the BBMP health department has launched an AI-based pilot initiative called 'Savemom' to help pregnant and lactating mothers monitor their health and ensure safer deliveries. This innovative project is designed as a supportive tool for expectant mothers. Although the BBMP's Special Commissioner for Health, Suralkar Vikas Kishore, shared details of the initiative on 'X' on Wednesday, he clarified that the project was actually launched over a month ago.
