Join us on October 17th at Women’s HealthHQ for a special charity event celebrating World Menopause Day. Exclusively for Women’s Health Collective members, the event features a panel talk designed to empower and enlighten attendees about all aspects of menopause. Our host, Editor-in-Chief Claire Sanderson, will be joined by Women’s Health expert trainer and menopause fitness coach, Kate Rowe-Ham, along with specialist nutritionist and contributing author Emma Bardwell.

Kate and Emma will discuss the best ways to manage hormonal changes and address your questions regarding menopause. Attendees will receive a welcome drink and a goodie bag filled with supplements and a copy of Kate's book, Fitter, Calmer, Stronger in 30 Days.
