Be Careful With Save Files

In Dragon's Dogma 2, players only have one save file and you have no way to officially start a new one if you want to start over. The game itself autosaves frequently and you can save from the menu at any time. The issue comes when your character dies, such as when you fall off a slightly too-high elevation. The game gives you two options; to load from your last save or load from your last inn rest. The former brings you back a few minutes but the latter transports you to the last time you paid to stay in an inn. The main issue with this is that it automatically autosaves over your own file.
