CMC Crypto Awards 2024 Highlights

A notable highlight of the event was the surprising decision to bestow the Crypto Leader Of The Year rewards to all the nominees. Rush Luton, CEO of CoinMarketCap, explained the committee’s decision, stating:
“It was impossible to pick just one winner. All five of the nominees have contributed so much over the last 12 months but in very different ways and we wanted to recognize all their tremendous efforts to move the industry forward”

As such, the Awards Ceremony was a tribute to the industry just recuperating from a volatile year and hoping for a resurgence. Jonathan Isaac, CMO of CoinMarketCap, remarked:
