Life Certificate Submission: Essential Details for Pensioners Using Doorstep Banking
Life Certificate Submission Process
The Central Government has introduced several options for submitting life certificates, easing the process for pensioners. Those above 80 can submit their certificates from October 1 to November 30, 2023, while others can do so from November 1 to November 30, 2023. Jeevan Pramaan is integral to this with its biometric-enabled digital service for pensioners. Annual life certificates must be produced yearly in November to authorized pension disbursing providers such as banks and post offices, ensuring pension credits to their account.
