The core Consumer Price Index (CPI) in South Korea for March showed a year-on-year rise of 2.4%, marking its slowest increase since December 2021. This falls short of the expected 3.1% and the previous 2.5% increase. The headline CPI for March came in at 3.1% year-on-year and 0.1% month-on-month, missing the expected month-on-month increase of 0.3%.
